All the industries are established only to make money. They will extract maximum work out of you to increase their profit. There is no other intention for them like providing a job to the individual, improving the countries financial status etc.,
They give you job to get their work done.
They will give employee benefits to follow the norms.
They will keep the pollution level in control to get ISO certificates
About People:
All the people want a job only to make money. They need highly paid jobs to get settled soon. They want to increase their self esteem. They don't have any concern about the company in person.
They will do the given job to be get paid.
They will obey their boss to get appraisal.
They will act accordingly to stay in the company for long time.
Outcome:
Health issues both physical and mental
Reason:
Improper food habits and timings.
Improper sleeping habits and timings.
Don't blame corporate companies because it is also run by a people like us, but blame ourselves for being a part of it.
