5 Elements for Life

Our body is one of the most sophisticated design made by nature.  It is such that it got self-healing and self-defending mechanism.  In order to assist our body, we need to maintain our body in a healthy condition.

Our body has a separate unit for fighting foreign bodies.  Its function is to stimulate the immune system as the foreign particle enter.  All we need to do is reduce the intake of medication and give time for our body to recover on its own.  When you take the medication, the efficiency of the immune system decreases.

Tonsils have on their surface specialized antigen capture cells called M cells that allow for the uptake of antigens produced by pathogens. These M cells then alert the underlying B cells and T cells in the tonsil that a pathogen is present and an immune response is stimulated. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonsil#Function)

Our body has also a separate unit for healing and repairing the damaged parts.  All we need to do is fetch which required food item (especially protein) so that healing happens properly.  Here also we need to give some time.  To do this we need to follow some simple practice.

Our body has to get energy from 5 different elements of nature.  They are Water, Earth, Fire, Air and Sky.  Acquiring energy from these five elements of nature is not a big deal because this is what we do daily.  After reading this article you will do it knowingly.  When you get these energies on regular basis, your immunity towards sickness and your healing capacity will drastically improve.


        Now let us discusses how to get energy from these 5 elements of nature.  All the mentioned elements of nature are equally powerful and we cannot prioritise them.  So getting energy from all the 5 elements is essential.

Water is instant source of energy.  By water, I mean is here is plain water not hot or cold one.  Water serves two purpose of our human body, one is drinking and another is bathing.




  • By drinking water, we will get energy from vitamins and minerals dissolved in it.  The water we drink also dissolves the harmful wastes from our body and excretes as urine.
  • By bathing, we can control and regulate the temperature of the body which will help in efficient working of the internal organs at optimum temperature.
 Earth is the main source of energy that we consume daily.  Food items both vegetable (direct) or meat (indirect) which gives energy are obtained from earth only.  So energy from earth builds us and supply us with power to do work.  When we get food from the earth we need to give attention that we are consuming all 6 type of taste.



  • Sweet – Sugar.
  • Salty – Salt.
  • Sour – Tamarind.
  • Pungent – Chilli.
  • Bitter - Bitter guard.
  • Astringent - unripe banana.

Consuming all this 6 tastes is essential because all of them are required by the one or the other internal organs we have.

Fire is the energy that we get through the physical activities.  Physical activity is must for us because that will burn out the extra energy consumed by us from any source.  Our body is designed such that consumption and excretion should in optimum level, increase or decrease will lead to disease.



Air, as all we know, is most essential element for supporting our life.  We intake air through breathing.  This supplies us with necessary oxygen that helps in breaking down the food we consume.



Sky supply us lots of energy through sleeping.  Sleeping will remove the tiredness of both our body and mind.


     
     When we get the energy from all these five sources, we will be healthy for ever.
